Inside the property there is a stylish woodburner and bi-folding doors which open onto the garden where there is a private decking with a 4/5 seater hot tub and a further patio area.

Spacious Vaulted Open Plan Room with Sitting Area: Smart TV, sofa, wood burner and bi-folding doors to garden.
Kitchen Area: Electric oven and gas hob, fridge with ice box, microwave, water softener, dishwasher, washer dryer, breakfast bar with two stools.
Bedroom: Double bed.
Shower Room: Large shower cubicle, washbasin and wc.
Garden: Decking with Rattan garden furniture which overlooks a generous lawn. Patio area. The hot tub and sauna both have a covered pergola now added, so you can enjoy these whatever the weather.
Bicycles: Lockable waterproof bicycle store next to the barn.
Parking: Ample roadside parking is available on the quiet lane outside the property.
Heating: Gas heating and wood burner.

Owl's Hoot Cottage is surrounded by fields and Stoke Ash has an award winning 17th century coaching inn The White Horse serving food all day, plus the oldest pub in Suffolk is just two miles away, The Four Horseshoes.
The village is perfectly situated for exploring both Suffolk and Norfolk, the countryside, seaside and Norfolk Broads are all easily accessible by car for a day out.
There is a taxi firm in the village, Tudor Taxis, plus we hire bicycles to our guests.
There is an intercity train line from London to Norwich which stops at Diss just 7 miles away every hour, and more frequently during peak times, with stops at Colchester, Manningtree, and Stowmarket too and connections on to Cambridge.
There is easy access to the A140 which takes you to Norwich, a fine historic city with lots to do, or Ipswich, where you can enjoy many activities including boat trips and museums.
You can easily drive to the Norfolk Broads too to hire a boat for the day, relaxing on the water.
