This spacious character cottage has a large lounge with two comfy sofas in front of the woodburning fireplace, a dining room with large table, and a stunning barn style kitchen with vaulted beamed ceiling and Italian marble kitchen worktops.
The kitchen is well equipped and includes a large range cooker with two fan assisted ovens, a grill, and five gas hobs. There is a dishwasher, Smeg fridge, large freezer, coffee machine, and microwave amongst the facilities.
The cottage has a large bathroom with shower upstairs, rolltop bath, toilet and sink, and a second further toilet downstairs.
There are four bedrooms, three with king size beds and one a single bedroom.
One of the king beds can be converted into two single beds if preferred.
There is a large garden outside, laid to lawn and Indian sandstone large patio, with a barbecue/pizza oven for our guests holidays.

Lavender Cottage is surrounded by fields and Stoke Ash has an award winning 17th century coaching inn The White Horse serving food all day, plus the oldest pub in Suffolk is just two miles away, The Four Horseshoes. The village is perfectly situated for exploring both Suffolk and Norfolk, the countryside, seaside and Norfolk Broads are all easily accessible by car for a day out.
There is a taxi firm in the village, Tudor Taxis, plus we hire bicycles to our guests.
There is an intercity train line from London to Norwich which stops at Diss just 7 miles away every hour, and more frequently during peak times, with stops at Colchester, Manningtree, and Stowmarket too and connections on to Cambridge.
There is easy access to the A140 which takes you to Norwich, a fine historic city with lots to do, or Ipswich, where you can enjoy many activities including boat trips and museums.
You can easily drive to the Norfolk Broads too to hire a boat for the day, relaxing on the water.
