Do all the cottages have their own hot tubs?

Every property has its own covered private hot tub for your exclusive use, they are warm on your arrival, working every day of the year, and on for you between the hours of about 0830 and 2200.

Do all the cottages have private saunas?

Every cottage and barn has a private sauna for your exclusive use, every day of the year, with the exception of Vine Cottage.

Can we check-in early or checkout later?

Standard check-in is from 3pm at all cottages, with the exception of Lavender Cottage which is 4pm. Checkout is from 11 am at all cottages. Early check-in or later checkout can be reserved in advance for a modest supplement.

Do all the cottages have wood burning fireplaces?

Yes, with the exception of the thatched Honeysuckle Cottage, which has a contemporary stunning electric fireplace with different light and heat settings set within an inglenook.

Can I bring my pets?

Yes, we welcome both pets, both dogs and cats, and please do ask if you have different pets you would like to bring with you. There is a supplement for well behaved pets to be added to your reservation and we provide dog beds, bowls and pet treats on their arrival.

Can I book a massage at the property?

Yes, we can arrange for a masseusse to give your treatments at your luxury property.

Can I book a private chef at the property?

Yes, we can arrange for a private chef to cook for you at your luxury property.

Are the beds all made up on arrival?

Yes, all the beds are made up on arrival for you with fresh linen and towels for your cottage, and further towels for your hot tub too.

Is there an accidental damage deposit?

Yes, and this is refunded about 48 hours after checkout, subject to no accidental damage.

What if I need help during my stay at my holiday home?

We have an on-call agent who is available to you seven days a week, daytime and evenings, and aims to respond within an hour. If our property agent isn't able to help you quickly within an hour, the owner is then available to help you too.

Can I pay cash?

Sorry, we don't accept cash payments.
